Hackers recently targeted Donald Trump's daughter-in-law and daughter to promote a token allegedly linked to world Liberty Financial, a crypto project endorsed by Trump's family members. The cybercriminals gained access to Lara Trump's Twitter account, as well as an account belonging to Tiffany Trump, the former president's younger daughter.
Eric Trump, Donald Trump's son, quickly denounced the posts as a hoax, stating on Twitter, "This is a scam!!! @LaraLeaTrump and @TiffanyATrump's Twitter profiles have been compromised!!" He later praised Twitter for securing their accounts promptly, leading to the removal of the fraudulent posts.
